How to get winners not whiners

Every business leader wants his people to be engaged on the company mission. We want all staff being passionate to engage clients. Employees love to be on a winning team. Engaged clients buy more and are willing to pay more thus bringing stronger results to the company.

Although this is what business leaders want, they only get what they tolerate! So, if you tolerate mediocrity, lack of passion, win-lose attitude and avoidance behaviors, you will not create a Winning Culture.

Engagement is about everyone in the organisation being empowered, energetic, committed and driven. This is about creating a high energy climate were people are more creative, outgoing and action oriented. This way the organisation is more productive, teams have more pushing power and individual members of this company are way more effective.

Having energy is key for doing business and winning in the marketplace. On low energy your thinking quality goes down. People want to buy feeling, state and identity rather than just a product. This explains the success of Apple, Nike & Tesla. People buy your products and become clients because they like the brand and its engaging employees.

To make sure people want to do business with you, you just need to add more value and meet more needs of your clients: that is the secret. And this is how you build a Winning Culture. Success is not about ego, status, fear and pressure; these are not business accelerators. It really is about connection, engagement, trust and relations; these are the key elements of winning.
