MANAGING DIRECTOR

Erik Hiep

Erik founded management consultancy firm, The Next Level, in 2002 and is an Associate Professor at IE Business School in Madrid. Erik also contributes as an author to IE insights and is an Executive Director at Presidents Institute which is based in Copenhagen. In 2018 Erik interviewed former UK Prime Minister David Cameron live on stage during the Breaking Barriers Summit before a 2000+ audience.

Erik has extensive consulting experience with many international management teams & executive boards. He has worked on a wide variety of assignments in more than 30 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia & the Americas. He holds an MBA degree of the University of Glasgow and graduated at the Royal Military Academy in theNetherlands (Infantry & Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology).

Liesbeth Pruijs

Co-founder Liesbeth Pruijs is a seasoned executive. She has a strong desire to actively contribute to the personal growth of people. Being a certified Advanced Birkman Professional she helps individuals & teams develop their leadership skills and professional growth.  She is certified by Human Synergistics to use the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) as a professional business tool. She is also available as a certified external confidential counselor (Extern vertrouwenspersoon).

She is a passionate advisor and board member of several NGO’s in the field of education, culture & arts and board member of the UN Women National Committee. She holds an MBA from TIAS Business School. Graduated the New Board Program at Nyenrode Business University, a top advanced program on governance, boardroom effectiveness and boardroom dynamics. Currently studying Social Entrepreneurship at Rotterdam School of Management, focusing on how to drive business towards the Sustainable Development Goals
